The Minister for Agriculture, Marine and Food Simon Coveney visited our school this Monday. As minister in these sectors he hopes that we will continue to buy, produce and promote homegrown products. He was particulary interested in our healthy eating policy and food dudes programme which were set up during our health promoting school campaign. He was also impressed with our lovely vegetable garden that is so well maintained by Mrs Annemarie Barry.
